Includes history to rule out pathological disease, as well as physical vitals, neurological exam, range of motion, orthopedic exam, and palpatory findings.
Review of findings.
Consent to treat. Includes regular chiropractic treatment which can include heat, traction, massage, gentle chiropractic manipulation, postural and at home advice.
